Caramel Cupcakes

Hiya, thought I'd start my blog off with a fabulous recipe I baked for the first time last weekend. 
I can assure you these little cakes taste gorgeous, which is more likely due to the recipe than any spectacular skill on my part. They use condensed caramel which was a new one for me. I guess it follows the same kind of idea as black treacle or golden syrup- something stupidly sweet and sticky in a tin that's impossible to measure out. Anything like that is going to be so bad for you it just needs to taste great, we all know that's the way it works. Here's how to do it: enjoy!
